The Use of Social Networking Platforms

Advantages
1.Human interaction
-For shy people, social networking serves as an advantage for them because through this they can interact to others in face to face interaction without going to his exact location

2. Worldwide Connectivity
-its easier for now to connect people around the world through technology especially in  holding business products and introducing/advertising products online and can easily saw by the people around the world

3. Common Interest
- Online digital tools such Facebook, twitter, Instagram and etc. are the sharing of common interest about their personal life and other aspects about life through this, they build a community which they argue to each other and have a healthy virtual environment.

4. Real-Time Information Sharing
- One of the type of media is online media which conclude online digital platforms about news current issues, and trends. It is more elaborative information on what we watch on television etc.

5. E-learning
- Since we are in 21st century that technology is very evident in our life. In education, technology use is important more importantly in inculcating knowledge to students. Now electronic learning is use to learn not only in the four corners. It is effective further widen and less the time to go to school and have some learning but rather stay at home and your quiz.

Disadvantages

1.Fake news in education
-In education especially searching your assignment on web, there are some sites that can be edited. Therefore, the information you gather is not reliable enough. So students must be more observable on sites on sites they used

2. Invasion of Privacy
-Through entertainment/business aspects, you are been entertained to invest to that with allotted time, you gain much money even without working. Through this dummy account, your easily opened your different account on this privacy has been entered

3. Time Waster
- At young generation, clinging to social networking sites taking the risk of being tardy of people especially children. Instead of doing social interaction outside their house, they are only cut their house and spend their time in gaming, browsing and entertaining for this, time has been waste nothing

4. Cyber bullying
- for teens and younger children they can be expose in any harassment. Parents have a big role to that for  filtering what their children did to a given web

5. Civil behavior
- Filipinos are known for being conservative but then as time pass by Filipinos are been liberal in terms of their dressing, and their behavior and how they communicate to others.

Precautionary Measures
1. Change password every month and don’t use the same passwords that has been used.
2. Avoid mentioning any of your friends/family name or your post to Facebook or any Social networking sites.
3. Do not send confidential pictures, videos of you to anybody else to avoid malicious conduct
4. Ensure your PC is updated and has protected by anti virus to prevent malware
5. Beware to the links you enter because this can be conclude to identity theft and invasion of privacy.
