The Profile of a Teacher
          A modern Teacher is flexible in all aspects. He can adjust himself to the environment and to the diversities of students he handled. Through the given characteristics, behaviors and practices it became their guide to become a modern teacher. It enlightens me that a modern teacher is not a mere teaching the students but rather he facilitator and guide in which students are more learning by themselves through their own understanding. A modern teacher is also considered as a scaffolding to the students who support them in what they do to effectively learn and eventually stand by their own.

Change your Words- Change your Mindset
          As a modern teacher having a negative mindset doesn’t exist because one negative thinking is equivalent to more positive thinking. In terms of using digital tools in teaching, a teacher should be open in all suggestions, practices, techniques and learning to change or enhance his mindset in using digital resources and also be able to change the mindset of his students. Through this changes, students are more learning in conscious and unconscious aspects.
